शहरी विकास मन्त्रालयको पछिल्लो पत्रपछि केही गम्भीर प्रश्नहरू उठेका छन्।

• पोखरा महानगरले यो निर्देशन कार्यान्वयन गरेर अभिलेखीकरण सेवा औपचारिक रूपमा रोकेको हो कि होइन?
• पहिलेदेखि pending रहेका फाइलहरूको अब के हुन्छ?
• लाखौं खर्च गरेर प्रक्रिया सुरु गरेका सर्वसाधारण नागरिकहरूको जिम्मा कसले लिने?

नीति, मापदण्ड र भवन संहिता आवश्यक छन्। तर हरेक पटक नीतिगत अन्योल, ढिलासुस्ती र अस्पष्ट निर्णयको भार फेरि पनि सर्वसाधारण नागरिकले नै बोक्नुपर्ने हो?

जनतालाई स्पष्ट सूचना, निश्चित मापदण्ड र व्यवहारिक समाधान चाहिएको छ , अन्योल होइन।

UNDERSTAND FEWA LAKE HISTORY !!

First ever Modern Fewa Lake was imagined by Sri 3 Jung Bahadur Rana after he called himself Maharaja of Kaski & Lamjung after being back from his 2nd England Trip !! (Historical proof at Mandre Dhunga, Kaski ). He Hired couple of English Engineers and found his long dreamt irrigation and fishery project inspired from foreign trip way too expensive for that time which was NRS 1,00,000 (1 Lakh ) Back Then …. Later on the Last Rana Hakims/ Administrators of Kaski built a Small Dam in 1990-91 BS ( The main man behind it was Judda Bahadur Pandey, also called Paade Baadh ) broke Down in 2015 & Made it again, the dam broke down during 2028 BS, and built around 30s … Our Holy Goddess Tal Barahi was just Beside the Lake having her temple and straw-roof flown in a flood and stuck upon the current day rocky Island from Nearby place called Margie, traditional people back then thought Goddess had shifted her in present day island, later on she found herself 15 meter inside the Lake afterwards 150 meter during King Mahendra Reign and reconstruction including the seize of Raniban in the name of her queen ( previous Gurung village and local fields), Ratna Mandir ( Previous Land of Gaurighat Giri Families) Even shifted the shiva temple outside the premise which you can see on the way to Barahi temple and it’s Khel Maidan today as well ( took from the Pahari and others etc. ) made them the priest of the temple seeing it in the dream of Devi in west part of the Island etc. His middle Brother Crown prince Himalaya made HimaGriha Taking land from the locals and the Youngest crown prince Bashundhara took the local fields of Mostly Bhattarai people including few other which was called (Mula-Khet ) Back then and fishtail lodge ) The rumors in media sound so so so fake to me as a real patriot born around here. First ever roof on the temple was made by king Kulamandan Shah ( Jagdish Khaand ) after interacting with the goddess herself in a Suddern Thunderstorm and calm in a day light !! Namaste !!
