Own property in El Nido? You can now list it with us.
We've spent years helping people find their way around El Nido. Now we're helping them find property here too — and that means we need listings from owners like you.
Here's how it works. You tell us about your property. We put it in front of the people already researching El Nido from Manila and abroad. A PRC-licensed broker takes it from there and handles the sale properly, start to finish.
There's no cost to list.
What you'll need: ✔ Your title, or tax declaration ✔ Tax receipts and clearance ✔ At least 6 recent photos ✔ For untitled land, a CENRO or PENRO certification that it's alienable and disposable
One thing we're strict about: we only list land that can lawfully be owned. If a parcel isn't alienable and disposable, we won't put it up — it protects you as much as the buyer.
