๐ I Found a Little Piece of Europe Hiding in Tainan ๐น๐ผ
Walking along Fuzhong Street, just across from Tainanโs Confucius Temple,๐ฏ I spotted this tiny stone faรงade squeezed between the neighborhood buildingsโฆ๐ก
๐ Not because it was famous.
๐ Not because it was on my itinerary.
๐ Not because Google told me to go there.
It simply looked so wonderfully out of place. ๐ โค๏ธ
Surrounded by typical neighborhood buildings was this little stone faรงade with wooden shutters, looking as if somebody accidentally dropped a tiny European cottage in the middle of Tainan. ๐
These are the things I love about walking when I travel.
You turn into a random streetโฆ

๐ โฆand suddenly something ordinary becomes one of the things you remember.
Sometimes the best travel finds aren't on the map. They're hiding on the street where you're staying. ๐ฃ๐น๐ผ
