Resumption of Normal Operations Following Mt. Kanlaon Eruption

Cebu Pacific has restored its normal operations following the recent eruption of Mt. Kanlaon. However, we will continue to closely monitor developments to ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers and crew.

While normal operations resume, CEB will continue to offer flexible options, including free rebooking and Travel Fund, to passengers who still wish to postpone their flights to and from Bacolod and Iloilo scheduled today, May 14, 2025. They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

We sincerely thank our passengers for their patience and understanding during this disruption. Our focus remains on providing safe, reliable, and accessible flights for all our valued customers.
