we have been informed that a FAKE page is currently impersonating our ArtVilla Camiguin and actively contacting people.

⚠️ The scammers are claiming that: “Our previous official page was suspended by Meta and this is the new official page.”

👉 This is FALSE. This is a scam.
We want to make this very clear:

✔️ We have NOT created a new page
✔️ Our original page is active and secure
✔️ We would NEVER ask for payments via Facebook messages

🚫 Please do NOT: – send money via Messenger
– pay any “fees” (like gate fees or similar)
– trust booking offers from other pages

✔️ Official bookings are ONLY possible via: – Airbnb
– our official website
– direct contact with us through verified channels

Over the past years, ArtVilla has grown into what it truly is today:
a calm, stylish and personal luxury homestay by the sea.

Starting 2026, we are gently evolving our concept –
making ArtVilla more flexible, while keeping the same atmosphere our guests love.

January–May & October–December 2026:

ArtVilla is offered as a Private Suite Stay
→ one spacious sea view suite
→ ideal for 1–2 guests (up to 3 guests with an optional extra bed)

June–September 2026:

ArtVilla becomes an Exclusive Villa Stay
→ one or two suites (Sunset View & Ocean Breeze)
→ for 1–2 guests in one suite
→ or up to 4–5 guests when both suites are booked (with optional extra bed)

Perfect for couples, friends or small groups seeking privacy without excess.

🌞 Yippie – Superhost again! 🎉

So happy (and a little proud) to be a Superhost once more! 🙌
Every time it happens, it feels like finishing a marathon – minus the medal, but with just as much sweat. 🏃‍♀️💨

Because being a Superhost isn’t just about nice guests and shiny stars.

It means...
✨ staying kind and calm – even when the typhoon hits, the Wi-Fi gives up, or someone messages at 11 pm on a Saturday night asking if the sugar for their morning coffee has been refilled 😅 (just saying – this is a holiday home, not a hotel 😉).
