We understand your concerns regarding parking and building amenities. Please note that aspects such as parking fees and gym access are managed by the building and are unfortunately beyond our direct control. Prior to your arrival, we provided guidance on affordable parking options nearby and shared multiple alternatives to help you find a suitable solution.

We strive to be as transparent as possible in our listing and will review the information to ensure everything is clearly communicated for future guests.

Regarding the policy allowing only registered guests in the unit, this is a rule set by the building's management, and we are obligated to comply. That said, we did our best to make your stay more enjoyable by offering a generous discount and extending a complimentary 8-night stay to one of your guests as a goodwill gesture.
