📌 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1 ) Every Member must keep their original CNIC.
2 ) Sight tickets for forts are not included in the package.
3 ) Rooms are provided on a 3-4 person sharing basis.
4 ) Breakfast and Dinner are included in the trip.
5 ) In case of any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural catastrophes, political or security issues, any cost occurred will be covered by the member and not the company.
6 ) Member must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members otherwise tour leader can cancel his/her trip at any time.
7 ) We won't be responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
8 ) We won't be responsible for a loss of any kind of valuable item.
9 ) No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, land sliding, accident, flat tires, engine failure or other vehicle malfunction e.t.c.
10 ) We can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11 ) No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the trip during the event.
12 ) We can cancel the event in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
13 ) No drugs/weapons will be tolerated.
14 ) Minimum number to carry out a trip is 12, in case a trip is called off by us due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
📌 Refund/Cancellation:
- Train Tickets are non-refundable
- 50% deduction if informed of cancellation 7 days earlier.
- 75% deduction if informed of cancellation 10 days earlier
- 100% payment will be deducted after that
