Hillside Villa is newly constructed (September 2016) luxury three bedroom villa with stunning sea and mountain views. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen including an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery, cooking pots and large selection of glasses and crockery. There are flat screen televisions in lounge and all bedrooms with local satellite TV and some international TV channels. The property benefits from a large garage for up to two cars. Within the garage there is a laundry area with a Samsung washing machine and Miele tumble dryer, together with a little sink area. Indoor and outdoor clothes rails are also provided. Free wifi is also provided at the property.
Outside the property has a private heated swimming pool and a heated outside shower and large covered BBQ area with seating and eating area. Additional outside seating is provided together with sun loungers and a parasol.
Hillside Villa is located centrally in Arco da Calheta with access to local amenities including various supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy all within walking distance. 6 minutes drive from Hillside Villa and you'll be at Calheta Beach where you can enjoy the golden sand. The property is approx 30 minutes drive to Funchal and 45 minutes from the airport. Hillside Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids (cot & highchair provided)), and big groups.
