Lisboa, you stole our hearts 🇵🇹❤️

Three jam packed days filled with incredible food, history, and unforgettable memories. We explored the city by tuk-tuk, wandered the charming streets on a Legends night walking tour, and enjoyed breakfast while watching the iconic trams roll by.

From late-night specialty fries to traditional Portuguese cooking classes, every moment was an adventure. Mark was especially happy with his bifanas and far too many pastéis de nata! 😋

We even joined a pub crawl and stayed out way later than planned dancing, laughing, and making memories we’ll be talking about for years.

Lisbon has the perfect mix of culture, history, food, and fun. We loved every minute of it and already know one thing for sure…

We’ll be back. 🇵🇹✨

☀️🇵🇹 Algarve, Lagos

We spent the week based in Lagos, and it was everything we hoped for- relaxed, beautiful, and easy to explore.

Our closest beaches were just minutes away, and we loved spending time at Praia Dona Ana, Praia dos Três Castelos, and Porto de Mós. Crystal-clear water, golden cliffs, and some of the most beautiful coastal scenery we’ve ever seen. 🌊

We explored the history of Lagos on a walking tour, enjoyed incredible restaurants, and soaked up the laid back Algarve lifestyle. One of our favorite days was a wine tour through the countryside, followed by a cruise to the stunning Ponta da Piedade, where the dramatic rock formations, caves, and turquoise waters looked like something out of a postcard.

The Algarve honestly feels like the Amalfi Coast of Portugal. Breathtaking coastline, charming towns, and incredible views, but at a fraction of the cost. It’s also much more walkable, easy to drive, and wonderfully relaxed.

Portugal continues to impress us and the Algarve has earned a permanent spot on our list of favorite destinations!

We’ll be back… 100%. ❤️🇵🇹

One year in, and what a journey it’s been ✈️🌍
