Opened in 1963, this impressive feat of engineering connects Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia and has become an iconic part of the Douro landscape.

Today, it remains one of the city’s most emblematic bridges and offers one of the most breathtaking views over the Douro, especially for the bravest among us who dare to climb it.
