Why I Love Curtains
In December 2016, we bought our first investment property.
And over the next 1.5 years, we bought 4 more.
We made a lot of mistakes:
I locked myself out so many times that I became good friends with the locksmith.
I spent a whole day trying to spray paint blinds.
I spent 3 whole days trying to hang the blinds.
The list goes on and on.
But the cool thing is that while we certainly learned the hard way, those properties still made us money, both in the short term and the long term.
Did we make as much on those properties as we could have if we did everything right? No.
Did they take us a lot of blood, sweat, and (mostly) tears? Yes.
Where there plenty of times where I wondered “why am I even doing this?” 1000% yes.
But we got to get experience while still earning income.
