On board World Traveller, our guests were invited to step inside the galley and discover the world behind their dining experience.

Led by Ronnel Velando, Executive Chef, and presented by Nuno da Silva, Hotel Manager, the visit offered a closer look at the people, organisation, processes and high standards of hygiene behind every dish. 👨‍🍳✨

Opening our galleys to guests is a common practice across our fleet, because sometimes, the best part of a meal is discovering the story behind it. 💙
