Thinking about travelling to Russia? The visa may be easier than you think. 🇷🇺

For travellers from many countries, Russia now offers a unified electronic visa that can be applied for online.

For eligible nationalities:

✈️ No visit to a consulate is required
📄 No invitation letter is needed
🏨 No hotel booking confirmation is required for the application
📱 The application is completed online
⏳ Processing takes up to 4 calendar days

The current e-Visa is valid for 120 days from the date of issue and allows a single stay of up to 30 days in Russia. Applications can be submitted from 86 days before the planned arrival and no later than 4 days before entry. Электронная виза

Travelling to Russia? One important thing to know about payments 💳

Planning a trip to Russia today is absolutely possible — but payments need a little preparation.
Foreign-issued Visa and Mastercard cards currently do not work in Russian shops or ATMs, so it is important to think about your payment options before you travel.

Cash is still a practical option for foreign visitors. Euros or US dollars can be exchanged for Russian roubles at authorised banks, hotels and exchange offices.
