My favorite mornings are spent at Walt Disney World. ✨🏰

My other favorite kind of morning? Waking up and saving my clients hundreds of dollars before 8 AM.

Walt Disney World released new discounts for 2027 this morning, and before most people had finished their morning coffee, I was already checking upcoming client reservations to see who could take advantage of them.

There are a few different offers available, including:
✨ Save up to $250 per night on select 4-night, 4-day room-and-ticket packages for select stays from January 3 through July 28, 2027.
✨ Save up to 25% on select Disney Resorts Collection rooms for select stays from January 3 through April 29, 2027.
✨ Disney Visa Cardmembers can save up to 30% on select stays of five nights or longer, with additional January and February weekend savings available.

One of my favorite parts of being a travel advisor is that when a new offer comes out, I’m already checking my clients’ reservations to see if I can save them money. They don’t have to wake up early, keep track of every discount Disney releases, or figure out whether a new offer applies to their trip.

A Cast Member told me churro toffee is the most popular bakery item at Disneyland Resort.

So obviously I had to try it. All in the name of research for my clients, of course. 😆

And I’m glad I did because I get why it’s so popular. It’s toffee coated in white chocolate and cinnamon sugar, and it is SO good.

Add this to your Disneyland snack list and you won’t be disappointed.

Tomorrow is one of my favorite days at EPCOT…the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back 🍷🍴

With 30+ Global Marketplace booths and nearly 200 food and beverage options, there is SO much to try.

My favorite tip? Grab a Festival Passport when you arrive. It lists all of the offerings, so you can see what catches your eye and make a plan as you enjoy your day. Offerings are also available online if you even want to research before your trip like I do.

With this many choices, you don’t want to spend your day trying to deciding what to eat…you’ll want to be eating it instead 😉

I’ve been to quite a few Caribbean destinations, and after spending the last weekend in Turks & Caicos, I can definitely see why people love it here. 💙🌊

The water is probably the biggest thing that stood out to me. It is SO blue and the beaches are beautiful.

It’s home to Beaches Turks & Caicos, a popular all-inclusive option I like to recommend to families. Beautiful beach, that water right outside your resort, and so much for every member of the family to do.

I spotted the Celebrity Cruises Apex ship in port while we were in Lisbon on our honeymoon, and it got me thinking…

Why do we act like you have to choose between a European vacation and a cruise? 🤔

You can do BOTH at the SAME TIME 🚢🌎

A European cruise gives you the chance to experience the cruise itself - the restaurants, entertainment, beautiful ship, relaxing days at sea - while also waking up in a different European destination throughout your trip.

Spend the day exploring Lisbon, Barcelona, Rome, Santorini, or another European port… then come back to the ship, enjoy dinner, and wake up somewhere new the next morning.

And if you want even more time in a particular city, you can always add a few days before or after your cruise.

So no, you don’t necessarily have to choose between “I want to cruise” and “I want to see Europe.”

A European cruise might actually be the perfect way to do both!

I’ve been planning more than just vacations lately…🤍

Later this week, I’m getting married!

We wanted to include a little Disney magic in our wedding, so we mailed our invitations from the Magic Kingdom with the Main Street postmark. It’s one of those little details that made the planning process even more fun.

I finally stopped by the new limited time Disney Store at the Ross Park Mall! ✨🏰

When it first opened, the crowds were intense. People were driving hours to visit, so I decided to wait until the excitement settled down.

My honest take? It’s cute and it’s a nice little dose of Disney magic close to home. Would I plan a special trip just to visit? Probably not.

But if you’re already shopping at Ross Park Mall or you’re a local Disney fan, it’s definitely worth popping in to browse the merchandise, check out the themed displays, and soak up a little Disney magic between vacations.

Of course, I couldn’t leave empty-handed. I had to pick up the Pittsburgh-exclusive Mickey Mouse t-shirt! 💛🖤

A Disney opinion that might surprise you…

After you’ve experienced Happily Ever After from Main Street or in front of Cinderella Castle, consider watching from behind the castle on a future visit.

You’ll typically find more space, less waiting, and a much easier path to your next attraction once the show ends.

For first-time visitors, I still recommend the classic front-of-castle view at least once. But for repeat guests? This might be my favorite fireworks strategy.
