✅ The next SERVSAFE Certified Food Protection Manager Course in Anchorage takes place on June 13, 2026 (Saturday).

Registration is required ten (10) days prior to the class. Class begins at 8:30am (sharp) and ends at approximately 5:00pm. Lunch will be for 30-minutes and it will be a working lunch, please bring your lunch. Additional breaks will be provided by the instructor.

Price includes textbook, review course and exam, there will be no refunds, once you have registered. Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to class.

AHR Members: $175 and Non-Members: $225. Pre-registration is required. Classes are held at 903 West Northern Lights, Suite 222, unless otherwise posted.

The Anchorage Hospitality Foundation, in partnership with the King Tech Culinary Program, empowers students with hands-on culinary experience and mentorship from local chefs.

Through this collaboration, students gain valuable workplace skills and guidance, preparing them for successful careers in the culinary industry.

At the 'Taste the Talent' fundraising event, the community came together to support student scholarships, raising over $92,000.

On May 7, 2026, the Anchorage Hospitality Foundation proudly presented a check to King Tech culinary students, celebrating their achievements and investing in their future.
