I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee, Eugene, at the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport location.
From the moment I arrived, Eugene made the entire experience feel welcoming, professional, and stress-free. His customer service was exceptional, and he truly set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best flight experiences I’ve ever had.
I also want to compliment the entire Copa Airlines team—from the gate staff to the flight attendants and especially the pilots. As someone who doesn’t particularly enjoy flying and often feels anxious on airplanes, this flight was different. The crew made me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the journey.
The flight was incredibly smooth, the landing was excellent, and there was very little turbulence. For the first time in a long time, I was so comfortable that I actually slept through most of the flight. That’s a huge deal for someone like me who usually stays awake worrying about every bump in the air.
I trusted those pilots and flight attendants with my life, and they absolutely did not let me down.
Thank you, Copa Airlines, for providing such a positive travel experience. Because of employees like Eugene and the amazing flight crew, I will gladly fly with Copa Airlines again and will happily recommend your airline to others.
