Travel Greene We are a travel agency specializing in family, adventure, and educational travel.

Travel Greene was established so I could share my love and passion for traveling and experiencing new places. With a background in Marine Biology, the marine environment as well as the world above it have become very close to my heart. I work with company's who share the same passion for keeping our world and underwater world as "green" as possible,

We specialize in Africa, Disney, Caribbean, Ski and Golf vacations although, I do have experience in booking many different types of vacations in many locations. We are dedicated to finding you the best vacation imaginable, and will do all that I can to make sure you have a worry-free, stress-free, relaxing time not only on your vacation, but also in the planning months leading up to it.

✨ 5 trips for 2027 I would NOT wait until 2027 to start planning.

Before you panic, no — you don't need to have your entire 2027 calendar sorted by Friday. 😂

I get why the temptation is there. When you're planning your first African adventure, everything looks incredible — the wildlife, the landscapes, the lodges, the cities. You want to see it all!

But here's something worth knowing: more countries don't automatically mean a better trip.

Some families want to unpack once and wake up somewhere new. Others want a week of poolside relaxation. Some are happiest chasing roller coasters, while others want to wander European streets, try new foods and discover somewhere different together.

But here's the thing: the best family holiday isn't necessarily the most popular one. It's the one that fits YOUR family.

✈️ Checking 47 flight combinations
🏨 Comparing room configurations
🚐 Planning every transfer
🍝 Checking dining reservations
🎢 Mapping out activities
📋 Making sure everyone's passport is valid
🗺️ And, naturally, creating a backup plan for the backup plan.

Because apparently “relaxing” means making sure every little detail is handled before you even leave home. 😅

And it definitely doesn't have to mean an ultra-luxury lodge from beginning to end.

Africa has an incredible variety of safari experiences—from traditional camps and tented stays to private reserves, national parks and everything in between.

Where you go, when you go, the type of safari you choose, and how you combine different experiences can completely change your trip.

And that's exactly where expert planning makes a difference.

Because the goal isn't to find the most expensive safari.

It's to find the right safari for you. 🌍

Travelling internationally with kids? ✈️

There are a few things I absolutely refuse to leave to chance. 😂

These are 3 things I do BEFORE we even leave home:

📱 Download confirmations, hotel details and important addresses offline.

🎧 Download entertainment before we leave — because relying on airport Wi-Fi when you've got an impatient child is a bold choice.

👕 Pack a change of clothes + essentials in EVERYONE'S carry-on. Because apparently the universe enjoys testing parents at 30,000 feet. 😉

They're small things, but they can make a surprisingly big difference when you're travelling as a family.

If this were my family’s FIRST trip to Africa, I wouldn’t try to squeeze in everything.

I’d build in contrast.

🇿🇦 4 nights in Cape Town
🐘 3–4 nights on safari
🌿 2–3 nights experiencing a completely different kind of wilderness — like the Okavango
🌊 And then 2–3 nights somewhere completely different.

Because the goal of a first Africa trip isn’t to collect as many countries, camps and experiences as possible.

It’s to experience how different Africa can feel from one place to the next.

And honestly? Leaving a little bit unexplored is a pretty good reason to come back. 😉

South Africa might be one of the easiest ways to fall completely in love with Africa. 🇿🇦

Yes, there’s safari. 🦁

But there’s also Cape Town, dramatic coastlines, w**e country, incredible food, fascinating history and so many different cultures and experiences packed into one country.

And honestly? That combination is one of the reasons South Africa became so special to me.

If Africa is on your list, don’t think you have to choose between a safari and everything else.

You can have both. ❤️
