The 2026 Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party dates have been announced. The party will run from August 7 to October 31 on specific nights.

Mickey’s No-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separate ticketed event that happens each year at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. Offerings include exclusive entertainment, Halloween-themed food and beverages, photo opportunities, exclusive merchandise, and character greetings.

Guests can expect a party that offers the ultimate family Halloween celebration: Show off their most creative Disney-themed costume and see the Headless Horseman stalk the streets. Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster is BACK! This time starring The Muppets, and it will reopen at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 26!

I’ve said it before, and i’ll say it again, Disney never gets old. I can’t count the number of times I have come here, but there is always something new. This trip came with a few firsts including but certainly not limited to:

1) Mickey Churro Waffles at Crystal Palace. I have had these on a Disney Cruise, but I don’t normally do breakfast inside the parks so had not had at Crystal Palace yet!

2) Zero stroller on a family trip! I have to say we moved a lot quicker, but I missed the place to stash all of our stuff!

3) Letting my big kids go off on their own. Those two had a blast, and made some core memories seeing how many rides they could get in at the end of the night. They checked in periodically and sent the perfect proof of life photo in front of the castle.

4) Staying at Port Orleans French Quarter. We certainly have our favorite resorts, but no one resort is right for every family, so it’s my job to keep trying them out (tough gig I know)! In general, I have always been a fan of both Port Orleans resorts due to their size and ease of getting around them. Plus Mickey Beignets are right there!

While each trip holds something new, some things never change! Disney will always hold magical memories for our family! There is something familiar and comforting in vacationing in a place you have built so many memories in. So with that I say, why wait? Start making those memories now! Your kids are never too young or old, and there is no perfect age! Just seize the moment and make the memories.
