The McLaughlin Garden’s Garden Illuminated is back — and now it’s TWO nights of candlelight, music, food, and community!

Friday, Aug 22 – Wine tasting with Willows Awake Winery, hors d’oeuvres, and live fiddle music by Pam Weeks.
Saturday, Aug 23 – “Garden Still Illuminated” with BBQ from Smokin’ Dave’s, a beer garden by Nonesuch River Brewing, and live music from Connor Garvey & His Band.

🎟 $20 members | $25 non-members. Tickets may be purchased at the door (cash or credit cards accepted) or in advance by calling the McLaughlin Garden and Homestead at (207) 743-8820.

Join us for the 2025 Lewiston-Auburn Balloon Festival! Aug 15 – 17th – Simard-Payne Park, Lewiston, ME

A community celebration with hot air balloons at the center. With over 20 food stands, 13 balloons, and over 100k anticipated visitors over 3 days, this event is like no other.

Honorable mentions specific to this event: a carnival, live music, artisan fair, balloon tether rides, Pups in the Air, and so much more.
