As you already know, we celebrated the 1 yr anniversary of the dome yesterday. The guest staying was our friend Stacey Toney , and she was also celebrating an anniversary, so we left a few little extra touches. When we do this, it is because we enjoy surprising guests, we never expect anything in return. So when I come in to clean and see this large basket of gifts, I was blown away. I am truly thankful for each and every one of you who continue to support us. Something as simple as commenting and sharing is always appreciated so much! ❤️

How awesome is it that the guest that checked out today left us a gift, and didn't even realize it was a day of celebration for us??!! Something so simple can mean so much! I have held several job titles in my life but owner/host of Country Domes, LLC has to be one of my favorites! I love you people!! ❤️❤️

Today marks ONE YEAR that we have been hosting guests! And wow, what a year it has been. Before we opened, I followed a page that had horror story after horror story, and honestly, I was kinda scared. Thankfully, I can say, our guests have been AMAZING. And we cannot thank you enough. (Minus the 1 drunk couple who did over 3k of damage. 🤬)

Looking through our stats last night has me extra proud today of all of our hard work. In one year, we have;

Obtained Premiere host status on Vrbo
Have a 99.4% occupancy rate 😲

Rhododendron circle at Grandview overlook. The rainstorm last night did take a toll on them but it is still a beautiful drive. Looks better in person than it does in this video. Worth the 5 minute drive from the dome.
