Join us Saturday May 30 at 9:15 AM for a fun community walk!

Have you ever heard of "rucking"? Rucking is simply walking while wearing a weighted vest. The added weight can increase the challenge and provide extra strength and fitness benefits!! Its awesome!

✔️ Have a weighted vest? Bring it!
✔️ No vest? Throw on a backpack.
✔️ No backpack? No problem! Come walk with us anyway!

This is not about how fast you go or how much weight you carry. It's about getting outside, moving your body, and connecting with great people.

We typically walk about 1.5 miles, and it goes by quickly because we're chatting, laughing, and getting to know each other better along the way.

Everyone is welcome! Bring your spouse, kids, friends, neighbors, or other family members. The more, the merrier!
