✨ Fun Fact Friday: The Story Behind Hidden Mickeys! ✨

Have you ever wondered why Disney fans are always searching for Hidden Mickeys? 👀

It all started in the early 1980s during the construction of EPCOT. Since Mickey Mouse wasn’t originally going to have a major presence in the park, Disney Imagineers began quietly incorporating subtle Mickey-shaped designs into murals, landscaping, architecture, attractions, and décor as a playful nod to Disney’s most iconic character.

What began as an inside joke among Imagineers quickly became a beloved tradition. Guests started discovering these hidden tributes, and before long, “Hidden Mickey hunting” became one of the most popular free activities at Walt Disney World!

Today, there are hundreds of Hidden Mickeys scattered throughout the four theme parks, Disney Resort hotels, water parks, and even Disney transportation. Some are easy to spot, while others are so cleverly disguised that even frequent visitors walk right past them.

✨ My favorite part? Hidden Mickeys remind us to slow down and appreciate the incredible attention to detail that makes Disney so magical.

💄 Happy National Lipstick Day! 💄

I love souvenirs that you’ll actually use! ✨🇫🇷

One of my favorite finds is this beautiful lipstick, that you can personalize, from the France Pavilion at EPCOT. Every time I put it on, I’m reminded of the magical memories I made at Walt Disney World.
