Peak leaves are almost here🍂

Breckenridge Leaf Brief: 9/01/26

The Gondola/Shock Hill area has gotten even brighter over the course of the week with more orange starting to show🧡The beginning of Boreas Pass Road has more leaves turning and the top of the pass has some pretty spectacular pockets of color 💛French Gulch Road is looking warmer with some areas repping orange and others just starting to show more yellow💚 Either end of Main Street is showing some color with more to come 🍂

We’re still expecting the colors to peak the second and third weeks of September.

Breckenridge Leaf Brief: 9/01/26

We are seeing a lot more color here 👀The Gondola/Shock Hill area is starting to fill in with yellow leaves and further up on Ski Hill Road is sporting more orange and yellow leaves🧡Boreas Pass Road and hiking trails along French Gulch Road have more pockets of yellow popping up, but there is still some green lingering💚 Either of Main Street is showing some color with more to come 🍂

We’re still expecting the colors to peak the second and third weeks of September. Cold nights will trigger color changes, so we are keeping an eye on the forecast 👀

DID YOU HEAR!? Ridge Street is shutting down for a FREE CONCERT on October 10, featuring Chali 2na, Cut Chemist and DJ Lord of Cypress Hill.

Doors and opener at 5:00 pm, concert will run until 8:00 pm!

Cut Chemist, Chali 2na, and DJ Lord will perform a free outdoor concert on Ridge Street in Breckenridge, CO on October 10th from 5–8 p.m.

Breckenridge Leaf Brief: 8/27/26

Higher elevation areas like Boreas Pass Road and French Gulch Road are starting to see some warmer colors on their leaves🧡Underneath the Gondola and the Shock Hill area are starting to fill in with more yellow contrasting the green leaves and Main Street is just starting to see some leaves get ready to turn 🍂

We’re still expecting the colors to peak the third and fourth weeks of September on the hillsides, and early October on Main Street.
