Straight off. CMCS is a collection agency. We collect debts from Insurance related industries, typically commercial but also consumer. This is a tough job, and requires tough people. As the new Lions coach says I need someone who can bite some knee caps off. I need a sharp multi tasker and a free thinker. We are a small company and vacations and sick times will need help in various roles. If you have some accounting experience we can get you acclimated. Licensing is a typical government maze but we aren't typically adding new licenses just renewing existing ones. We have people to help you, but you will be expected to learn the processes for each state and do it mostly on your own after a full cycle. We have a nice office space with plenty of room, and a break room.

It would not be your primary job but you will need to be able to help out on the phones taking payments, and or outgoing calls to debtors. We are a small company and vacations and sick times will need help in various roles. If you have some accounting experience we can get you acclimated.
