Are you a natural leader who loves the outdoors, works well with people, and isn’t afraid of heights?

Rugaru Adventures is looking for an energetic, dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests!

🌲 What You’ll Do:
• Help manage daily operations
• Lead and support our zipline guides and staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain safety standards and company procedures
• Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
• Help solve problems and keep operations running smoothly

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Outdoor recreation, tourism, or management experience is a plus
• Comfortable working around heights and adventure activities
• Must meet all participant guidelines
•Must have previous manager or supervisor experience
