One of the most common questions we get: how many people fly together?

Six gunners. Three on each side. A crew chief rides in the back to assist each shooter, and there's room for one non-shooting observer. Up front, a pilot and sometimes a co-pilot. Up to 10 people on board.
The Bell 212 is a big helicopter. It has to be. When hogs show up on both sides of the aircraft and all six machine guns get cleared to fire, you understand why.

Feral hogs don't graze. They destroy. They tear through root systems, gut cropland overnight, and breed so fast that trapping and ground hunting barely dents the population.

Texas has over 2.5 million of them. No bag limit. No off-season. Legal to hunt year-round during civil twilight hours. And it's still not enough. 🚫 🐗

THERE IS NO OFF-SEASON. 🐗🔥

Feral hog hunting in Texas is legal year-round during civil twilight hours.

But we don’t fly during rifle deer season. Safety comes first. 🦌

In our region, deer season runs early November through mid-January. That means helicopter hunts run:

🚁 Mid-January through October
📅 Wednesday–Saturday

November through mid-January?
