If you’ve ever had one of my homemade cookies, then you know I take cookies pretty seriously. So when I say these are GOOD, I mean it.

We finally made it to Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs, and these cookies absolutely lived up to the hype. Huge, ridiculously loaded with chocolate, and worth every calorie.

And yes, I will be recreating these at home!

"The home was perfect! The beds were comfy. The decor was beautiful!! The pool/ hot tub was nice . We have stayed in about 10 vacation homes and this is now our
favorite. It was so well stocked!! It was within good driving distance to Disney World." - September, 2026

Something SUPER has arrived at Gracey Manor! 🍄🎮⭐

We’re excited to introduce our newest renovation: our brand new Super Mario Bros. themed bunk room!

Designed with our younger guests in mind, this fun new space features two twin over twin bunk beds, colorful Super Mario details throughout, and a TV loaded with classic video games for some friendly competition after a day at the parks.

It’s the perfect spot for kids to hang out, play, and have a space of their own during your family vacation.

We cannot wait for our guests to enjoy this exciting new theming. If you ask us, it's pretty epic! 😉
