The West Virginia Bigfoot Festival kicks off later this year as one of the state’s most memorable events…running from October 9th through the 11th and taking place at Nicholas County Veterans Memorial Park in Summersville, WV! Hosted by the WV Bigfoot Museum, this three-day gathering celebrates the legend of Bigfoot with a full weekend of fun for all ages. Visitors can browse hundreds of vendors selling Bigfoot-themed goods, local crafts, and other unique finds while dozens of food trucks serve up everything from classic fair favorites to sweet treats. Throughout the weekend you can listen to talks and workshops from well-known cryptozoology speakers sharing stories and research about the famous creature. Live music keeps the park lively, while families enjoy games, bounce houses, and plenty of activities for kids. As night falls, campfire storytelling adds to the mystery and fun. With easy parking and a welcoming crowd, it’s a one-of-a-kind fall festival in the Mountain State...completely with plenty of "Bigfoot sightings" throughout!
