It’s Lightning McQueen day!! Ka-chow! ⚡️
Man, who knew a red racecar and a funny bunch of cars in the cutest little town in Carburetor County could win so many people over.
All four of my boys (and presumably my fifth as well) have been overly obsessed with Cars. For a decade now I have had Cars characters scattered about my house, races being performed, scenes from any of the Cars films/shorts being acted out and funny little scenarios sitting randomly in the hallway. We have had to continually buy a larger toy box for our every growing stash of Cars characters and never miss an opportunity to check out the Cars section in any store we enter just in case they finally have a car we are missing!
Cars will forever be something I look at fondly and hold the most dear memories for. Because when I see Cars, I see my little boys. I see their happy, fun childhood. I hear their little voices playing.
