Downtown Phoenix has a new kind of happy hour: Tipsy Scoop Barlour, where the cocktails arenโ€™t just on the menu... theyโ€™re in the ice cream.

Start with the tasting flight, then prepare yourself to get messy with the boozy signature shakes and a sundae with whiskey literally cascading over the top.

And Phoenix gets its own twist: local spirits like Chakra Vodka and Corrido Tequila make their way into the tasting experience, alongside flavors inspired by Arizona.
