Rackensack is located in a beautiful small-town area with lots to do: boutiques, restaurants, and close by is a kid friendly rodeo. I have been on many VIP tours with my family and there is not one as authentic and unique as this one.

Dave our tour guide drove us in a roomy cushioned seated Jeep up the longest private windy driveway 4,500 feet up. Dave was easy to listen to and very knowledgeable about the land and history back to the 1800s. Learning about Rackensack and the miners was very interesting.

We were greeted at the top by the lovely owners Charles and Ginger. They are so kind and welcoming. Their incredible story on how they met and found Rackensack is so genuine. My son's talked with Ginger on the patio looking over the most amazing view while we waited for the helicopter and enjoyed Ginger's homemade cookies and lemonade. It was so relaxing being so high up overseeing all the mountains I thought we'd never leave.

The pilot made us feel very safe. He is very experienced and friendly. The helicopter ride was simply so much fun. It was a beautiful smooth ride overseeing the land and lakes.

The mine with walls of rose quartz was very cool. My boys loved the artifacts found in the mine.

There was never a dull moment. There's no place like it. It was such a great experience that stands out from the rest. We can't wait to go back.

We had the most amazing experience doing the Sonoran Desert to mountaintop jeep tour. Our tour guide made the trip fun and educational. We met Charles and Ginger (owners) at the top of the mountain and they were such a delight! They had a birthday treat and crown waiting for me and were so welcoming and inviting. This made my 40th birthday perfect!
