Welcome to a true oceanfront penthouse experience!

From the covered parking, use your private elevator to ascend to the single-floor, 4 BR, 3 bath penthouse in Carolina Beach, where you'll make memories that transcend generations.

Marvel in the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and watch for dolphins as you sip your morning coffee on your private balcony. Then walk down your private boardwalk and skip in the waves or hunt for shells, or simply bask in the sun with a beachy novel.

Each BR has a king or queen bed, and you'll have a fully stocked kitchen in case you want to enjoy dinner at home with a view.

We are midway between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the Carolina Beach Pier -- it's a great place to watch the weekly fireworks show!

Carpe momenta, my friends!
