Welcome to everyone new to the ECC page! 🚢🌴

You may have first seen our cruise promoted as ECC Festival at Sea. Because that name was too close to another cruise’s name, we changed it to ECC Culture Cruise to avoid confusion and give our experience its own identity. Same team, same excitement, and the same unforgettable experience we’re bringing you!

We’re based in Chicago, Illinois, and we’re taking the celebration from Miami to the Bahamas aboard the Norwegian Joy, April 8–12, 2027.

🚢 Why do cruise deposits increase as we get closer to sailing?

Booking early gives you more time to spread out your payments and secure your cabin with a lower deposit. As sailing gets closer, the payment window gets shorter, so a larger deposit is required.

We also have events and expenses that must be paid in full four months before sailing to bring the ECC Culture Cruise experience together.

Your deposit goes toward your total balance. It’s not an extra charge. Secure your spot early for a lower deposit and more time to pay! 🌴

To our longtime guests and everyone new to the ECC family, welcome aboard!

Over the years, we’ve hosted countless boat parties departing from Navy Pier on some of Chicago’s biggest ships, welcoming more than 40,000 guests over 20 plus years. Now, we’re taking that same energy, experience, and love for bringing people together international!

Introducing the ECC Culture Cruise aboard Norwegian Joy in April 2027! This will be our first Culture Cruise, and we’re excited to start this new chapter with you.

Our AI animated promotional videos help bring our vision to life and show what the experience could look like. They’re creative previews, not footage from past cruises.

We’re inviting a mature, respectful crowd ready to enjoy great company, positive vibes, and unforgettable memories. Come ready to connect, celebrate, and have a great time!

Guests under 21 are welcome aboard the ship; however, everyone must be 25 or older to attend any ECC event, whether onboard or on land.

For U.S. citizens on this round-trip Miami sailing, a passport isn’t required if you bring a state-certified U.S. birth certificate and valid government-issued photo ID. Guests under 16 do not need the photo ID. Passports are still strongly recommended, and photos or photocopies of documents aren’t accepted.

Chicago gave us years of memories. Now, let’s make some new ones at sea! 🌊🚢
