Meet AGAR's new Operations Manager, Kevin Orrego!

Kevin joins us from Red Bull, where he spent more than seven years in roles spanning logistics, event operations, and brand marketing. Along the way, he managed end-to-end production for high-profile brand activations and national events, built networks of vendor partners, and led a team of 20 in executing integrated marketing strategies across Philadelphia.

Since joining AGAR, Kevin has already brought his first activation to life and jumped into BLINK last week full speed! He's passionate about combining strategic thinking with operational excellence to create experiences that build real connections with real people.

We asked the folks on our team who've been deep in BLINK for months one question: what shouldn't people miss this weekend?

Here are some of their picks ☝️ From two murals going up side by side at Findlay Market to a live harpist playing under a projection on Friday night.

And when your feet need a break, come hang with us. Light Falls is glowing on our building at 8 E. 4th St. every night, Oct 8–11, 7–11pm, and SidePiece, our art show with Sample Space, is up on the 3rd floor.

Where design, hospitality, and storytelling share a stage 🦋 🎶

Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel is officially open in Nashville, inviting guests into a world inspired by her music, creativity and unmistakable spirit; it is her love letter to Nashville.

Through her collaboration with Herschend Creative Studios, AGAR’s Robyn Novak helped lead the creative development of the hotel’s Signature Experiences: public spaces designed to immerse guests in the personality, hospitality and storytelling of Dolly.

Congratulations to Herschend Creative Studios and the full project team on creating a new destination where guests can experience Dolly’s iconic voice and unmistakable spirit.

They were assigned a wall. Here's what they did on the side 🎨

While this year's BLINK 2026 mural artists were painting across Cincinnati and NKY, we gave each of them the same 48" × 48" panel and one invitation: make something in the moments between, whenever the wall gave them a minute.

Side Piece brings those works together. The same hands that painted this year's murals, on a completely different canvas. Opens to the public Thursday at 5pm at Sample Space, our gallery in downtown Cincinnati.

BLINK is one week away 💡⏰

As the countdown begins, we're reflecting on earlier this year, when AGAR joined fellow BLINK producers and artists in London and Paris to curate installations (incl. GEIST by This is Loop at Somerset House and FLUX by Collectif Scale at Galerie Joseph).

The biggest takeaway wasn't what we brought to Europe, but what we brought back.

Every city we visited had its own way of letting art shape public life, from how people gather in shared spaces to how an installation can change the feeling of a whole street. Spending time with producers and audiences abroad reminded us how much creative work flourishes when people trade ideas across cities and cultures.

We've carried those conversations and perspectives into the experiences we create, including what you'll see at this year's BLINK.
