Only a few days away until the start of our 2nd Annual Women's Wellness Week!

We are excited to offer new and returning workshops that have been requested by our Coatesville Community! There is still time to register for all workshops below.

Monday, May 19th from 10 AM-12 PM: We will have our kickoff event at 1001 E. Lincoln Hwy parking lot! Over 20 organizations from Coatesville and Chester County will be there with resources. There will also be a face painter for any kids you'd like to bring!

Monday, May 19th from 12:30-1:30 PM: MCHC will be hosting a benefits workshop to discuss various benefits and how to apply for them as well as answering any questions participants may have.

Tuesday, May 20th from 2-3 PM: Keybank will be hosting a financial literacy workshop exploring various financial goals, savings, investing and more! Tuesday, May 20th from 4-5 PM: the YMCA will be hosting a yoga session for participants to unwind and relax while also moving their body. Kids are welcome to join their parents!

We are so excited to announce our 2nd Women's Wellness Week event happening the week of May 19, 2025! Find more information below about each event as well as links to register for each workshop.

* Please note all events, except for the kickoff, will be hosted at AHE Brandywine Center which is located at 744 E. Lincoln Hwy 4th Floor. At each workshop you will have the opportunity to win a $25 Amazon gift card as well!

Are you a county or state service provider, a non-profit organization, part of the educational system, or the faith-based community? If so, we invite you to register for the first GRANDFamily Connections Provider Network event of 2025. This training will focus on enhancing understanding of the different types of custody and the unique challenges faced by grandfamilies. It is open to all service providers.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out for our Cooking with Kids night! We hope you had such an amazing time making delicious snacks while spending quality time with one another. We look forward to continuing this series!

Thank you to WIC for the partnership and creativity in bringing this event to life. As well as, The Alliance for Health Equity for the utilization of their space at the Brandywine Center.

Start your New Year’s resolutions off right by joining WIC in a fun and educational session for you and your kids! Agata, a nutritionist from WIC, will take you and your child/children through the process of prepping and preparing food items. This is a great way to bond and spend time with your kids while also teaching them valuable lessons. All supplies needed will be provided. There is a registration link we highly suggest those interested in filling out. This event will be on January 9th from 5:30-7PM at 744 E. Lincoln Hwy on the fourth floor.

Bring family and friends to The Coatesville FALL FEST & BLOCK PARTY! Spend the afternoon enjoying community spirit with hayrides, pumpkin painting, music, games, giveaways, and more! Fall Fest, hosted by Coatesville Youth Initiative, at Victor Abdala Sr. Memorial Park plus the Block Party, hosted by Equity Health Center, on Chester Ave between Palmer Ave and Star Alley! Last night we were honored to be a sponsor at, Maternal and Child Health Consortium of Chester County dinner and silent auction. It was a lovely evening hearing all about the incredible work MCHC does and is continuing to expand upon.

A huge congratulations to Milena Oberti Lanz who is not only an incredible board chair of CCCH, but is also celebrating 20 years with MCHC. Thank you for all you do for our Center, MCHC, and the communities you serve.
