I have 2 spaces just open for our Christmas Markets in Germany & Austria Tour, December 9-16. A couple had to drop at today and I would like to fill those two spots. The open window is short though as I will have to fill the spots or lose them. We have a private tour group. We will visit the Christmas Markets in Munich, Nuremburg, Salzburg and Vienna. Along with the Christmas Markets, we will sightsee in those cities and along the roads between. We have an optional tour to Oberammergau; the site of the Passion Play performed every 10 years (the next one is in 2030). It should be a festive feast for the eyes and stomach and shopping appetite. Message me as soon as possible while we still have access to the spots. Click below to get a small taste of one of the Vienna Christmas Markets.

I wanted to again mention that Viking Ocean Cruises has a special promotion in honor the country's 250th celebration of Independence. Until Friday, July 31, they will give new bookings a $250 per person onboard credit and a free beverage package. We have 28 already booked for our Spain and Portugal Discovery Cruise, November 11-18, 2027, who have taken advantage of this special promotion. Unfortunately, I leave for Norway on Friday morning so my last chance to add new bookings to our group under this promotion is tomorrow and tomorrow evening. If you are interested, I can send you the details. Past Viking River or ocean cruisers qualify for a past guest discount. And, we have a group discount that is added as well. Message me or email [email protected] and I will send the details.

I know it's hard to think ahead to February and wonder what it would be like to be experiencing 85 degrees and wearing shorts and t-shirts when everyone back home is dressed in jackets, sweatshirts and hats and all the winter gear. We did just that last February when we cruised from San Juan to 6 islands in the Caribbean. It was such an awesome experience that we wanted to share that opportunity this next February with all our Facebook Friends. I first put this opportunity out last week and we have booked several friends to travel with us already. As I mentioned, a few days later, as cabins fill up, prices go up and that is what is happening now. To offset that some, there is up to $125 per cabin onboard credit available with verandas and $50 for oceanview and inside cabins. If you want to take a look at the ship, itinerary and cost, click on the link below. You can even book the cruise from inside that link. We would love to share that "warm" experience with you.

Welcome to your group boo...

🌴 Escape to Paradise! 🌊

Set sail on a 7-night Southern Caribbean adventure aboard Celebrity Constellation! Departing from San Juan, you'll visit five breathtaking islands—St. Thomas, Antigua, Dominica, St. Lucia, and Grenada—while enjoying world-class dining, entertainment, and service.

☀️ Beautiful beaches
🍹 Island adventures
🚢 Luxury at sea

Don't miss your chance to sail away! Contact me today for pricing and availability.

I mentioned last night that pricing will start to go up as the ship fills up. Overnight the prices went up $100 per person. Even then, they are about $500 per person less than other prices in similar ships on the same itinerary. We have room for you! Bookings are coming in and we have a great group building. But don't wait until the price to much higher, or there are no cabins available. Message me or email [email protected].

Last February I posted the picture below from the deck of the Grand Princess, with the comment below:

"Reflecting on 82 degrees, blue skies, calm ocean and going home to 34 degrees on Monday! Some of our fellow travelers are going home to a blizzard this weekend. So, when our friend and frequent fellow traveler Allyson Andrews suggested I plan a group cruise to the Caribbean, I decided that others might like to escape the February cold next winter. Therefore, I would like to see if there is enough possible interest to plan a mid-February cruise next year."

Well, that opportunity has come! I am taking a group on the Celebrity Constellation, February 6-13, 2027, visiting the ports of Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, St. John's, Antigua, Roseau, Dominica, Castries, St. Lucia, and St. George's, Grenada. The cruise begins and ends in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

If you want to get out of the potential February chill for a week, this is your chance. We have balcony space just for you! Celebrity is regarded as a Premium Cruise Line. Please send me a Facebook Message, or an email ([email protected]) for more details. Space will not last long. The ship is filling fast with travelers wanting to get out of the cold next February and into the warm Caribbean sun! Come join us! You could be making this picture next February.

So, today's installment of our Grand Canyon, Bryce & Zion tour needs to be divided into 3 parts because each part is so different & distinctive. You'll see as you follow along. First is our "dark sky star gazing experience." We left our hotel at 9:15 pm last night away from city lights in Bryce Canyon City and spent 2 hours learning about our solar system & beyond and using powerful telescopes to view stars and planets. "O lord my God, when I in awesome wonder, see all the things thy hands have made." The pictures are not great, but give a little idea of what we saw. The 3rd picture is our tour group after the experience. The red lights were used to preserve the darkness needed for best viewing.

From the Grand Canyon to Monument Valley. Pictures are great, but they don't tell all the stories behind the landscapes. It was an incredible day on the Navajo Reservation! Many of these scenes have appeared in movies for about 75 years or so. Tomorrow on to Bryce Canyon City.

We arrived at the Grand Canyon yesterday afternoon. Not my first time here! But every time, Wow! Pictures don'r even come close to describing it. We are enjoying it with 22 of our friends and 20 more new friends. On our way to Page, AZ & Monument Valley and then Bryce & Zion.

Two spots just opened up this evening on an unforgettable 9-Day Classic Tour of Iceland from September 23 to October 1 with SilverFox Travels and Gate 1 Tours—and this is the kind of trip people dream about but rarely catch at the right moment. Picture yourself standing beside roaring waterfalls, walking across ancient glaciers, soaking in geothermal lagoons, and watching the Northern Lights dance across the sky as autumn paints Iceland in rich, dramatic colors. This is peak magic-season travel, with fewer crowds and stunning landscapes at every turn. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to finally experience Iceland, this is it—grab these last two spots before they’re gone. Message me or email me at [email protected]
