Here's why I chose a river cruise for my next vacation!

Okay, I get it. You thought river cruising was only for older people.

And honestly, that's what a lot of people think! If you had told me before I took my first river cruise that I would be excited to go back, I wouldn't have believed you. But river cruising has so much more to offer than you might realize.

I've traveled all over, and one of my favorite ways to explore Europe is on a river cruise. I love being able to visit multiple countries and cities without constantly packing and unpacking or worrying about transportation between destinations. You unpack once, and your hotel travels with you!

And while river cruising might not be the best fit for families with young children, there are so many options for different interests and activity levels.

On my upcoming river cruise, I can choose from excursions like w**e and coffee tastings, guided walking tours through historic cities, bike rides, and even hiking adventures. Want to be active and explore? You can! Prefer a slower pace with beautiful scenery and a glass of w**e? You can do that too!

One of my FAVORITE things about river cruising is that the excursions are included! You don't have to worry about budgeting for an expensive excursion at every port. It makes planning your vacation and knowing what to expect financially so much easier.

I'm getting ready for my second river cruise, and I can't wait to share more about this experience with you!
