🌴☀️ In just a couple of weeks, I’ll be heading back to one of my favorite places… St. Augustine, Florida! 🌊❤️

This place holds such a special place in my heart. Between the beautiful beaches, the ocean, and family, it already feels like a second home. But it’s also where we took our very first vacation together and where Ben proposed! 💍🥰

Some places are just more than a destination. They’re full of memories, people you love, and moments you’ll never forget. ❤️

Now I want to know… what’s one place that holds a special place in YOUR heart? And when are you going back? 🌎✈️

✨ If you could pull ANY destination out of Hermione’s magical bag, where would you go? 🌍🪄

I was recently asked what one movie or TV prop I’d love to own, and after some thought, I landed on Hermione’s enchanted bag from Harry Potter!

I mean, as a chronic overpacker, a bag that can hold absolutely everything is already a dream come true. 😂

But then I started thinking…what if instead of pulling things OUT of the bag, I could pull out an entire travel adventure?!

Egypt, Australia, Ireland, Peru, Brazil, Spain…my list is practically endless! 😍

So now I’m curious…

✈️ If you could reach into a magical bag and pull out a trip to ANYWHERE in the world, where would you go?

No budgets. No travel restrictions. Just pure wanderlust! ✨

I’ll be over here trying to narrow down my own list. 😂

Family travel looks a little different for everyone…

Sometimes it’s big adventures, sometimes it’s simple moments like being out on the water together, soaking up the sunshine, and making memories you’ll talk about long after the trip is over. ☀️🌊

One of my favorite things about travel is the way it brings families together and gives you time to just be with each other away from the usual day-to-day routine.

This is one of the photos I took while exploring Napa, and it's exactly what came to mind while completing my latest travel advisor training on Baja California, Mexico!

I learned more about a w**e region called Valle de Guadalupe, just outside Ensenada, and now it's officially on my travel wish list. Beautiful vineyards, boutique w**eries, incredible local food, and unique countryside accommodations? Yes, please! 🍇

And there's so much more to Baja California than w**e country. From dramatic coastal landscapes and natural marine blowholes to mountain forests, hiking trails, and desert scenery, the natural beauty of this region really surprised me.

I love discovering destinations that combine beautiful scenery with unique local experiences, and Baja California definitely seems to offer both!

Traveling for Thanksgiving or Christmas this year? Don’t automatically assume the most convenient travel day is the best one!

🦃 For Thanksgiving, the Tuesday and Wednesday before the holiday are typically some of the busiest days to fly.

🎄 Around Christmas, the few days leading up to Christmas are usually packed too.

If your schedule allows, being flexible by even one day can sometimes mean fewer crowds, more flight choices and potentially a better fare.

Another holiday-travel tip: try to choose an earlier flight in the day when you can. During winter, weather delays can build throughout the day, so an early departure gives you more options if something goes wrong. ✈️❄️

A river cruise through Portugal is officially calling my name. 🇵🇹

I attended an AmaWaterways webinar yesterday about journeys along the Douro River, and it was the perfect reminder that some destinations are meant to be experienced slowly.

One of the trips I have in the works is a Spain and Portugal getaway, and what better way to explore Portugal’s beautiful Douro Valley than from the river? Picture charming riverside towns, terraced vineyards, incredible food and w**e, and waking up to a new view each day.

The more I learn about the Douro, the more I think a river cruise may be the perfect way to experience it. Would you want to add a river cruise to your Spain and Portugal itinerary?

Wanderlust Wednesday 🍁

This photo popped up from a walk with my dog a few years ago at the end of October, and it has me dreaming about fall travel. 🍂

If I could plan my perfect fall trip, I would love to head to the Northeast to see all of the beautiful leaves, explore charming small towns, and take in some of the history along the way.

There’s just something about crisp air, colorful trees, and scenic places in the fall that feels so magical.

What’s your dream fall trip?

🌍 How do you travel? ✈️🧳

When it comes to packing, Ben and I are complete opposites. 😂

Ben is definitely the light packer. He throws a few things in a bag and is good to go.

Me? I’m 100% the overpacker. I like to be prepared for every possible scenario, just in case. Extra outfits, extra shoes, snacks, random travel essentials… you name it. 😅

So now I want to know…
