Here is SOME of what I ate on my 7 night sailing onboard the Celebrity Beyond.

This was probably the easiest sailing I have ever had as a vegan. The food was all incredible and high quality.

The buffet had a small vegan section and easily labeled options everywhere. We had some trial and error on my special order items but we nailed it within a few days.

Thank you to my service team for making sure I was well fed and taken care of. And a shoutout to the MVP Cafe al Bacio for my daily vegan treats!

The Celebrity Beyond offers so many activities and shows after dinner. This ship comes to life with theater shows, cabaret style shows, guest involved games, bar flair, and more. For a sleepy girl like me (what do you mean the show STARTS at 10:45 🥲) there is so much to see me do as the night goes on.

Absolutely loving the Celebrity Beyond. This ship offers so many beautiful spaces and finding vegan options has been so easy. This is absolutely a relaxing and calm place to be.

Whoops I haven’t posted in a month. So here’s what I’ve been up to!

Halloween Horror Nights officially started so I’ve been on my weekly haunt there. Still plenty of availability to come join me here. 👻

The EPCOT International Food and W**e Festival started and runs until late November, not too late to book that visit!

I spent a long weekend in Ohio for a friend’s wedding. I got to eat some my favorite foods and I also proved that vegans are weak and didn’t get jacked in the hotel gym. ☺️

I visited Magic Kingdom for some food and a ride on the people mover.

Added some new book art to my life (someday I’ll actually frame all these) 🫠

And baseball is officially back babyyyy.

In just under two weeks I’m heading out on the Celebrity Beyond and can’t wait to show you all that ship has to offer!

In honor of yesterday’s eclipse I’d like to give you some lore on me.

My parents are eclipse chasers. I’ve been all over the world to watch the sun disappear. From the sea and on land. I went to Zambia when I was 11, Turkey when I was 16, I’ve been on a boat in the South Pacific, Caribbean, Indonesia and more.

All this to say, if you’ve never seen an eclipse you are missing out. Nothing can be put into words what an experience like this one can be. There are cruises that can take you into the path or group tours to see them from land. Absolutely something to put on your bucket list and something I’d be so honored to help you plan.

I am so excited to sail on the Celebrity Beyond next month. Earlier this year I toured another Edge Class ship and absolutely loved it.

I’ll be spending a week onboard for an educational opportunity and can’t wait to see how adult Melissa likes this vs my previous sailings as a teenager.

I look forward to see what vegan options I can secure on here and spending some quality time in the solarium with my book.
