Full-Time 2nd Mate Wanted— 76′ Sportfish
Seeking a full-time 2nd mate to join a 3-person crew aboard a 76′ Sportfish running a mothership program.
Itinerary (~10 months):
Cabo → San Diego → Mag Bay → Costa Rica → Panama
Requirements:
➡️ US Passport required (US-flagged vessel returning stateside periodically for maintenance)
➡️ Comfortable with extended time away from home — this role suits someone who thrives on long stretches away and isn’t looking for frequent trips back
➡️ Billfishing experience
➡️ Ballyhoo rigging skills
Preferred (not required):
➡️ Mechanical aptitude
