Received approval for replat today for Corpus Christi engineering and once completed by Nueces county lots can start selling! We are really excited to finally get to this stage.

Great news the City of Corpus Christi has approved the drawing package (2nd time) and we received notice (2nd time) we can move forward with construction. It is the same design as originally planned just slowed by city processes. Hope to have heavy equipment back on site after the week of the 4th.😃

We are still waiting on the city to get approvals to move forward. I am hoping we get the go-ahead this week.

I saw Google earth had a new image of the island and it shows the lot after rough grading was completed. You can see the driveway pretty clearly.

We have been on hold with the city for 6 weeks now as we wait for approval of the sewer plan approval. I was expecting to receive something last week. Maybe this week?

We have received some artwork for the "COMING SOON" sign. We hope to get waterline and driveway completed in the next couple of weeks.
