My family on vacation: “Let’s wake up at 7 to enjoy the day!”

Me: waking up at 11:30, enjoying the night I just had.

Apparently I “missed everything,” but I didn’t hear any complaints from my pillow.
If it doesn’t happen after noon, was it even worth seeing?

Anyway, I’m finally awake, slightly confused, and ready to ask what time we’re going to dinner… which I will absolutely also be late for.🚢🧳😴

At what point do we stop pretending we’re going to “dress nice” for dinner and just fully commit to the swimsuit life? 🤔👙👗

Like… are we throwing on a real outfit and sandals, or is it more “this is my cleanest cover-up and I stand by it”? 🩴👠

Because personally, once I’ve got sand in places I didn’t know sand could go, the idea of putting on actual clothes feels a little ambitious. 🤪

After tucking my very tall teenage boys into their Disney cruise bunk beds, and I had some questions.

Mainly:

Who at Disney decided these beds were designed for humans over 6 feet tall?📏

Why did my children look like folded lawn chairs?💺

And how was it possible for knees to be both above and below the mattress at the same time?🤪

One of them said, “I think I lost circulation in 2007.” 🤣🤣🤣

Anyway, they were thrilled, I was concerned, and I’m pretty sure we were going to have to filed a missing person report for someone’s legs.🦵

10/10 family bonding experience. ✔️✔️✔️
