Where in the World is Bimini?
Located about 50 miles southeast of Miami, Bimini is one of many islands in the Bahamas.
✨ Bimini consists of north and south islands, and is appreciated as an exotic get-away destination for those who love marine sports, including deep sea fishing, boating, and scuba diving. ✨ Originally settled by freed slaves in the 1830’s, Bimini’s history includes other interesting facts, well suited to its geographic location and attributes. During Prohibition, Bimini was a rum-running port. Big-game fishing enthusiast, Ernest Hemingway, lived on the island from 1935-1937, while authoring his book, “To Have and Have Not.” ✨ Perhaps, one of the most intriguing historical assets Bimini flaunts is the Bimini Road, an underwater arrangement of stones, which appears to have been arranged intentionally, and by some, is considered to be, “The Road to Atlantis.” Though the mystery of whether this formation is naturally occurring or manmade remains unsolved, certainly, it provides a curiously interesting undersea landscape for those who love snorkeling and scuba diving alike. ✨ What does Bimini offer for those who just want to chill & relax poolside? An amazing, exclusive Beach Club, of course! ✨ Let us help you book an amazing cruise to Bimini! -💖🌎 Link in Comments below:
