What a wonderful afternoon celebrating America's history at the Liberty Tea on Sunday at Historic Arcadia Farm, one of the America 250 events being held this year throughout Boyle County.

Hosted by the St. Asaph Chapter, NSDAR, the event welcomed guests for an engaging and educational look at the role tea played in our nation's story. We were honored to hear from world-renowned tea connoisseur Bruce Richardson, who shared a fascinating history of tea, its journey through the centuries, and the events that culminated in the famous tea dumping in Boston Harbor that helped spark the American Revolution.

Guests enjoyed learning about this important chapter of American history while sharing in the tradition of tea. The afternoon concluded with a tour of the historic mansion, providing a fitting and memorable end to a delightful event.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this America 250 celebration such a success. As we look toward our nation's 250th anniversary, events like these remind us of the stories, traditions, and people that shaped America.
