Our luxury Spacious 2895 sq ft Five bedroom air conditioned home sleeps 10 and 1 Baby , a huge Master Suite with King downstairs, with a Queen (can be a master too), and Jack ’n’ Jill bathroom with the Blue Twin. Across the landing two Twins with separate shared Shower Room, Travel Cot. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Two Safes.

Our 33ft South Facing Pool with Basketball, Freestanding Hot Tub with lights and usb connector,barbecue, Dinning Seating for ten, with plenty of room to sunbath on our seven sun loungers.

Inside we have a Fully Equipped Kitchen with up to date appliances. There are two dinning areas both formal and casual. There is a separate Laundry Room and Powder Room

The Games Room is 5* with ceiling and floor fans. There is a Pac Man Machine, Arcade machine, 8ft Slate Pool table, Foosball, Air Hockey Table and Dart Board

Trust Goes Both Ways

Just as guests need to trust owners, owners also put immense faith in their guests. Our villa is not just a rental property—it’s our home, carefully maintained with love, dedication, and thousands of dollars invested in making it warm and inviting.

While potential guests have multiple ways to verify an owner—through license numbers, address checks, photos, social media, and video calls—it’s much harder for owners to do the same in return. We open our doors to strangers, trusting that they will respect our home as their own.

Our Booking Process

To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone:
✔ Guests complete a booking form and pay a 20% deposit (after a personal phone or video call with us).
✔ Final payment is due 10 weeks before arrival, along with a refundable security deposit, which is returned within 7-10 days after departure.
✔ Once the deposit is received, we send two forms of receipt—one via email, Messenger, or WhatsApp and another by post, regardless of country.
✔ After full payment, we provide a detailed confirmation pack, including property access instructions, alarm codes, Wi-Fi details, and everything you need for a smooth stay.
