☕️🌍 Coffee, culture & a little Tanzanian history! 🇹🇿
Our Roseborough Explorers are together in Arusha, Tanzania, and today we swapped safari vehicles for coffee cups at Arusha Coffee Lodge! ☕️🌿
We learned about growing and producing Tanzania’s famous Arabica coffee, from the plant to roasting and brewing.
We also got to learn more about Tanzania from the people who call it home. Did you know the name Tanzania came from combining Tanganyika, the mainland, and Zanzibar, the island? “Tan” + “Zan” = Tanzania!
Also located within the lodge is a lovely Co-op that helps people disabilities - Shanga. these artisans and Craft workers are handloom waivers, glass, blowers, seamstresses, and bead workers. They maintain a living by making and selling the beautiful artistry they craft at this facility.

This is exactly why we love travel. ❤️
At Roseborough Travel, we’re thrilled to have our Explorers out in the world learning from locals, experiencing cultures, tasting the food, and hearing the stories behind the destinations they visit.
Because travel isn’t just about seeing the world… it’s about experiencing it. 🌍🐘☕️
