Two days in, and we’ve been sitting here trying to take it all in.

Opening a restaurant again feels a little different when you’ve already been through it once. This isn’t our first rodeo, so we’re all too familiar with the chaos that comes with opening day. But even with that experience, stepping into a brand-new kitchen and space brought its own learning curve.

The food and cuisine itself isn’t new territory for us (especially compared to opening day at Tacos Esteban), but learning a new kitchen, a new layout, and a new rhythm took some getting used to. With a few adjustments, some quick change-ups, and plenty of notes from Day 1, Day 2 went much more smoothly.

There are still things we’ll continue to fine-tune, but we truly could not have asked for a better start.

The turnout has been incredibly humbling. To have the opportunity to be back in the kitchen, doing what we love and sharing food that is so near and dear to our hearts, means more to us than we can really put into words.

We’re so grateful to be back. ❤️

One last note: Until further notice, our hours will be daily from 4pm - 9pm. We’ll keep you posted as we adjust and expand our hours.

Twenty-five years after Sept. 11, 2001, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the first responders and service members who answered the call, and recognize the resilience of a nation forever changed by that day.

The legacy of 9/11 lives not only in remembrance, but in the generations of Americans who chose service, sacrifice and commitment to something greater than themselves.

Today, we honor the fallen, those who responded in our nation’s darkest hours, and the families whose lives were forever changed.
