We stop for ghost nets.

Every now and then we come accross debris while out on a voyage. These ghost nets are highly problematic for wildlife and boats. Many of them are made of synthetic materials that take a very long time to break down, if at all.

When possible, we will stop to collect and thoroughly check them to release small palegic critters, then we bring them back for disposal.

This one was collected in the Kaulakahi Channel on 4/12/26.

We are so excited to see and share the progress on our custom, state of the art, full carbon, 75’ catamaran being built right here in our back yard. As of this week, more paint is painstakingly being applied with absolute perfection.

Holo Nui will be on her first voyage out of Port Allen before you know it!
