Okay, Royal Caribbean’s social media team deserves a raise for this one. 😂

If your team is on their list, Arizona, New York, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Tennessee, Carolina, New Orleans, or Washington, apparently you might as well book a cruise for the second weekend of February. 💀

But I’m going to take it one step further: even if your team isn’t on the list, cruising during the the big game is SO much fun. We’ve done it ourselves, and my husband still says it was the best party he’s ever been to. 🏈🚢

🚢 JUST BOOKED: A Birthday Cruise to the Bahamas 🎂

Here's a peek behind the scenes at what working with me actually looks like.

What they asked for:
My new clients wanted a February cruise to celebrate a birthday without spending a ton. They weren't coming to me with a specific ship, itinerary or departure port, they just knew what they wanted from their vacation.

What I did:
I compared cruise lines, ships, itineraries and pricing and presented options that fit, including both a fly-to and a drive-to option.

Being from New York, they liked the idea of driving to their cruise in February and removing potential flight disruptions from the equation.

What they chose:
🚢 7 nights aboard Carnival Pride
🚗 Roundtrip from Baltimore
🏝️ Nassau + two private beach destinations in the Bahamas
🎂 A warm-weather birthday getaway at a great price

And this is one of those bookings where my personal travel experience adds even more value:
I've sailed this itinerary. I've sailed on Carnival Pride. And I've personally visited every port on their itinerary.

I'm not recommending something based solely on a description or a few photos. I have firsthand experience that I can use to help prepare them for their vacation.

And my job doesn't end with the reservation. I'll handle payments, answer questions, help arrange their pre-cruise hotel and continue helping as their trip gets closer.

All of that costs them nothing extra.

They pay no more for their cruise by booking through me, but they get my research, firsthand experience and ongoing support, and they're supporting my small business at the same time.

I have clients boarding a cruise in Tampa later this morning, and for the next five days, I’m here if they need me. 🚢❤️

Because my job doesn’t end when your vacation is booked.

It doesn’t end when your final payment is made.

And it definitely doesn’t end when you arrive at your destination.

When you book your vacation with me, I’m here before, during and after your trip.

If something comes up while you’re traveling, you don’t have to immediately figure it out alone or wonder who you’re supposed to contact. Reach out to me.

If it’s something I can help with directly, I will. If it isn’t, I’ll help provide direction and figure out your next step.

There’s no call center between you and me. You already know who you’re contacting, and I already know your trip.

And while I’m usually a text-and-email girl, if one of my clients calls me while they’re traveling, I’m answering that phone. 📱

That ongoing support is one of my favorite parts of being a travel agent. I don’t want to simply book one vacation for you.

It’s been a busy travel-planning day - a hotel booked, a cruise booked, details being finalized for another client, and a brand-new trip already in the works.

And sometimes that means working a little later, because I know evenings are when many of my clients finally have time to sit down, look at options, and make decisions.

Post-vacation withdrawal is VERY real. 😂

One minute you're staring at the ocean with absolutely nowhere you need to be…

…and the next you're back home wondering why no one has made your bed, put a towel animal on it, or handed you dessert after dinner.

Apparently I'm expected to just live like this now?!
