Are you a Eufaula or Barbour County business owner struggling to find, train, or keep skilled employees?
The Eufaula Barbour County Chamber of Commerce is proud to help share this upcoming virtual Lunch & Learn hosted by the Alabama SBDC at Troy University in partnership with the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship.
Train, Retain & Grow: Registered Apprenticeship for Small Business will help employers understand what a Registered Apprenticeship Program is, how it works in Alabama, and how it may be used as a practical workforce strategy.
Apprenticeship is not limited to one type of business. It may be a fit for employers in construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, technology, and other industries where workers need structured, hands-on training.
